Are you talking fish wise? I'm just wanting Tetras, Corys, pretty much small fish. Just a little community!

all you need is maybe a cave for the corys and mid water plants for the tetras not real thick just enough to cover them when they want to hide.

I've heard/read that duckweek can get like way out of hand in an aquarium...

Duckweed can propogate pretty quickly with the right lighting, but in a tank it's easy to pull out the extra every week since it's just growing on the top.
I've got a ton of it in my ponds now, but when I set them up again next year I'll be removing them from the list. It's much harder to control in a pond.

duckweed is horrible, and when u think u get it all, 1 peice on the side of the tank will start a new colony on u! i just got a bunch of green hygro's and their thriving! do u know how 2 make co2, it really helps out the plants alot! if u don't i could tell u a simple way 2 make it, *cheap 2!* and get some iron enriched fertilizer *at the LFS, not a plant shop, otherwise ul have algae everywhere!* and as long as u have folourecent lighting and a timer u can grow almost anything!

Duckweed can definitly be a problem, but it's excellent for breeding tanks. It gives fry a place to hide, micro organisms grow on the roots providing food for the fry and it's also good for bubble nest builders to build against.

it may be good 4 bubble nesters but what about labarenth fishes *sorry about the spelling * like bettas, they wouldn't be able 2 breath... so i guess it can be good and bad at the same time! depending on the fish u choose!
